Georgia’s paintings are an intuitive response to her surroundings, capturing the energy and pace of nature. Living in the British countryside she’s constantly inspired by its seasonally changing landscape’s. Her impulsive, energetic mark-making infuse the paintings with movement, while swathes of paint provide an atmospheric quality.

Artist in Residence: Painting Lydia Millen’s English Garden

I was thrilled to be invited to paint Lydia Millen’s beautiful garden back in August. Luckily we had great weather, the wild flowers were still in bloom and the surrounding fields were nothing short of golden.
